Delivery Policy

Enjoy FREE Shipping for all Kits and orders over $100 AUD. Orders totalling $0 - $99.99, a shipping charge of $8.95 applies.

All orders will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post or another local courier. All orders have a tracking number and shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for Express shipping and 2-7 business days for standard shipping.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES We use DHL or another international courier to deliver our parcels. All orders outside Australia have a tracking number and shipping takes 3-10 business days.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Austraila Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from GLAMRDiP is on its way.

Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 15 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post.
